Place the oPipe13 lily pipe filter outlet in the loacation you have selected. 2 Prepare a suitable length of hose from the oPipe13 lily pipe to the external filter. Be sure to leave some slack, in case you need to adjust it later. 3 Connect the hose to the filter first in order to avoid accidentally pulling on the oPipe13 lily pipe. 4 Prior to fitting the hose to the oPipe13 lily pipe, dip the hose in hot water and moisten the connection tip of the glass lily pipe for an easy fit. 5. Attach the suction cup of the lily pipe to the tank wall to secure it in place. 6. You are now ready to turn on your filter. To clean the inside of the oPipe13 lily pipe: 1. Prepare a 1:1 mixture of bleach to water. 2. Soak the glass pipe in the mixture for 24 hours or longer depending on the amount of algae grown. 3. Rinse several times with clean running water before connecting back to the aquarium. To clean the exterior of the oPipe13 lily pipe, simply wipe it with a damp cloth or a softer algae pad. | ||||
