	Mosura SoftWater is a type of resin that reduces the General Hardness (GH) , Carbonate Hardness (kH) and pH of water for use in shrimp tanks. SoftWateris used to lower the pH, kH, and gH of an aging tank in order to create the soft and acidic water preferred by most dwarf shrimp species, or during water changes. Be very careful when using this product, as shrimp and other aquatic animals can be extremely sensitive to changes in water parameters. Place SoftWater in a filter medium bag, and put the bag inside your filter or hang inside your shrimp aquarium or storage water tank where water will flow through the medium. Closely monitor the pH and hardness values while using SoftWater, removing the SoftWater resin if necessary or when the optimum water parameters for your species of shrimp are reached. Place the SoftWater resin in a filter bag and rinse with running tap water for 3 minutes before using in your shrimp tank. Warning: This product is very effective in lowering pH and GH, as such, you are advised to use only a small amount at a time, for example, 10ml.
